
JEFF MOFFITT
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
In seventh grade, Creative Accounts Manager, Jeff Moffitt began his yearbook journey. Since then, he has shared his design, writing, photography, and marketing skills with yearbook staffs around the globe, teaching at local, state, national and international conventions and workshops and meeting with staffs one-on-one.
Moffitt, MJE, is a Jostens Creative Account Manager. He advised the award-winning Torch yearbook and Oracle newspaper at Olympia High School in Orlando, FL for 11 years. He was a National Board Certified teacher in career and technical education. Moffitt was OHS’s 2007 Teacher of the Year. JEA named him a Special Recognition Yearbook Adviser in 2010 and a Rising Star in 2006.

MARGARET SORROWS
PHOTOGRAPHY GURU
Margaret Sorrows retired in June 2015 after 36 years of advising yearbooks and teaching digital photography, most recently for 24 years at Bryant High School in Arkansas. She was the 2014 JEA H.L. Hall Yearbook Adviser of the Year. Her yearbooks won numerous Gold and Silver CSPA Crowns and NSPA Pacemakers, including selection to the NSPA Hall of Fame in 2008. She received a CSPA Gold Key in 2012, the TAJE Texas Trailblazer Award in 2017, and was runner-up to Arkansas Teacher of the Year. Her photo students were consistent winners in Jostens Photo, NSPA Photos of the Year and Quill & Scroll. She is a frequent photojournalism presenter at high school workshops and served on the team that created the Jostens photo curriculum. She is currently an ambassador for Jostens, serving as an educational and creative consultant.
